County Crews Come Through Again! Water Flows to Kihei, Haiku. 10 Aug 2015 - 4:06 pm. WAILUKU – County employees to the Rescue! The Department of Water Supply (DWS) today announced that repairs to waterline breaks in North Kihei and Haiku have been repaired and service restored in both areas. Crews worked continuously on the North Kihei break on an 18-inch waterline from early Saturday morning through 12:30 am today, when the repair was completed and water was turned back on.
