Wednesday, November 25, 2009. New Hematopoietic and Lymphoid Rules. Beginning January 1, 2010 new reportability requirements for the data collection and reporting of hematopoietic and lymphoid neoplasms go into effect. The Hematopoietic Working Group (SEER) have developed the new rules and an electronic database that cancer registrars will be able to download and use.
