Maximillien and Company was started in a basement in Whistler in 1990. Since that time we have grown into a family run specialty food company in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Our kitchen workshop overlooks the beautiful downtown Vancouver skyline. Ray is a french trained chef with over 26 years experience, 17 of which were spent in London, England.
