For being just 6 months old, Bella is quite the little swimmer! We take swimming lessons at the "Y" on Tuesdays and Thursdays and it only took the first lesson for her to dip under the water! Now, several lessons later, we just say to her, "Ready, set, go! And she closes her eyes, holds her breath, and goes under! Bella's friend Jackson also takes lessons with us, and they're both so good that they have already graduated out of their shrimp class and are ready for the next one! Love you, Nonna. Maple Cup...

We had such a fun and busy Halloween this year. We really wanted to go all out since it is one of my favorite holidays and Bella's first time! So we had a fun party for baby friends and baby neighbors with lots of fun foods such as witch's fingers, guaca-moldy, and monster cake! On the day of Halloween we went down to Ashland to enjoy the kid's costume parade, a flash mob dance to "Thriller," and a nice stroll around the park with Bella's friend, Jackson, and his family. What a little sweetie flower!

Thursday, August 28, 2008. Emily has made it to Kindergarten. I can't believe she is already in school. Where does the time go? Katie well is Katie. She is very active and keeps me on my toes. Right now she is staying at home with our nanny Kristen and Abby. Kristen is a gift from God. The girls, expecially Katie has taken to Kristen very well. Katie is starting dance lessons next week with a friend of hers, Alyana. I can't wait to see how the two of them do in dance together. August 30, 2008 at 5:50 PM.

Tuesday, January 6, 2009. Happy New Year to Everyone! We started the house in November and it is already under roof. The framers finished last weekend. It only took 4 weekends to build the house. It was amazing how fast the framers worked. I am excited to see what 2009 has for the house. How fast everything will come into place with finish completing the house.
