Friday, August 9, 2013. Hatched @ Holland Village. It has been awhile since I last went on a food hunt. Ladies and gentlemen, i give you.Hatched. A restaurant selling eggs in many forms. Great place to hang out, great place for breakfast, brunch, tea time, and even dinner. My food hunting culprit is once again my lovely sister, Chia Mei, who came visiting a few days. Then I asked if I gotta make any reservations, he said no, just walk in. When we arrived, the place was packed! These are what we ordered.

Thursday, June 24, 2010. Accompanied with Potato Croquette, Glazed Carrot, Mushroom and Capsicum Puree. Served with Bordelaise Sauce. Pros and Cons :. I was planning do present with okra. But there was no okra,. Had to replace with carrot =/. It was a last min thing,. Ruin d presentation i had in mind =(. I failed my capsicum puree as there were lumps. And i used olive oil. Also there were too much mushrooms on my plate. D shiitake was planned. But the mushroom sauce thingy is not. Chef said it's good!

Friday, June 10, 2011. It has been so long since i last bake or cook. This next dish did not require any baking or cooking. All i had to do was. Mix the pre-made powdered chocolate mousse. This is from Austalia. It looks plain so i added topping cream on top. With the extra topping cream. I used it to shake with cold chocolate. Into a chocolate shake. Friday, May 4, 2012. First the prawns are blanched. And then sauteed with butter and seasoning. Chicken breasts stuffed with pilaf rice and parmesan cheese. Salt and ground black pepper. Mixed herbs (in a small plastic container, pre-prepared). Provence herbs (from France). Toothpicks were used to aid in the stuffing. Coated with butter ad honey. Baked at 200D.C. Not exactly sure how long,i'm sure there is about 1hour? I did not time it as I checked from time to time. Fish fillet with lemon butter sauce.
