Traded emails with IWC, he is a nice guy, even without his moustache. Or the W. SS still owes me a trip to a Star Wars movie. Bike to Work Week - banana. 27 May 2015 @ 10:37 am. Bike to Work Week. In early May, I went to move Fiona and her kickstand broke off. It was attached to the frame and provided a connection for a rear fender. We took her back to the store for review. The Norco rep agreed to replace Fiona-no questions asked, like for like- great customer service.

Saturday night . . . . . . . . . - banana. 12 September 2015 @ 05:24 pm. Saturday night . . . . . . . . . Bay City Rollers or Elton John, could go either way. Had a good week. Did not run until after work Thursday, it was good. Made Friday morning run a challenge. Need more than 12 hours of rest between sessions. One benefit was that all my km were in the right pace. Tomorrow is a 20 k long run, will have to include a pace interval scheduled for today. going to be fun.
