Emma Newton: Book Project
http://emmanewton.blogspot.com/2009/05/book-project.html
Tuesday, May 5, 2009. Final product of Book Project. The concept was to show different kinds of love, child's love, happy love, loneliness from love, a man's love, a woman's love. This book showed that there was no specifics for who was speaking about love. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I'm a Freshman Graphic Design major at The College of New Jersey. I have never really used a Mac and have only slightly tried out Photoshop and Illustrator, so I'm really excited to take this class.

Kim O'Keefe: Dia:Beacon
http://kimokeefe.blogspot.com/2009/04/diabeacon.html
Monday, April 20, 2009. The Dia:Beacon trip was an interesting experience for me. To be quite honest, I’m not a fan of modern art, but I tried to enter the museum with an open mind. My first thought upon arriving at the museum was that the building was beautiful. The architecture was very interesting and I loved the big, open spaces. I also thought, having grown up in the Hudson River Valley, that the area was gorgeous). Perhaps Robert Ryman’s disappointed me the most. I found it interesting how he was a...

Kim O'Keefe: April 2009
http://kimokeefe.blogspot.com/2009_04_01_archive.html
Monday, April 20, 2009. Project 2 - Finished! My self-visualization focuses on two very distinct aspects of my personality. As a Biology major, I enjoy science, order, and structure. I tend to think in a logical frame of mind and like reasoning and analysis of problems. The right panel in my self-visualization represents this part of my personality. I attempted to incorporate technology related images into this panel (merging circuits with the matrix), all while keeping the composition very linear. The a...
