Wednesday, February 20, 2013. I stumbled upon this list on a friend's facebook and thought I might share. It's called "Ship Life" and I've added my own as well. Enjoy! Days of the week are referred to not by name but by name of country on the itinerary:. Ie "What day do you want to have dinner? How about Barbados.". The only day of the week you're ever aware of is Sunday, and you only find out when you see that there is ice cream being served in the mess. A GREAT vacation day includes a home cooked meal.

Sunday, April 21, 2013. Imagine a beach town with perfect weather, laid back Spanish people, and tons of middle eastern food. I get why Ibiza is such a draw. This morning, my new pianist friend and I wandered off of the ship in search of a beach and were told it was too far to walk. So, of course, we walked, and I used my rosetta spanish once again to get us to Figueretes beach, a little resort town just outside of Eivessa. Spanish men drinking coffee, eating kebabs, and playing backgammon. Who knew?
