Wednesday, October 22, 2014. This fall has been beautiful and we have been taking advantage of the weather! A few weekends ago Rick and I took Natalie to Center Grove Orchard. We had gone last year but Natalie was too little to do much, but this year she could do more. We got there first thing that morning but it was pretty busy by the time we left. Saturday, May 31, 2014. Sorry for the long hiatus, but we've been really busy the past month! Sunday, March 08, 2015. February- short but sweet. As we are a full week into March I realize I never updated in February. We had a lot of family time in February and a lot of fun with our little girl! We finished our Water Babies classes the first week of February and although Natalie loves them, I was ready for them to be done. Monday, August 25, 2014. Iowa State Fair and more! I was a little nervous to go all day at the fair without a real sanctioned nap, but Natalie did ok sleeping in the stroller. Not great sleep, but enough to get her through the day. She was crabby for a while but did well for the most part. She loved spending the day with her cousin and seeing all the animals! Wednesday, December 31, 2014. As always, time gets away from me and here we are at the end of the year. We have had a great few past weeks and though this will be short, I thought I would post some pictures. Natalie and Kendall turned two this month and we threw a joint Minnie Mouse themed party. Sunday, September 28, 2014. Last weekend Rick, Natalie and I went on our first vacation as a family of three! There were two beds in the loft. It had a small but full kitchen. Saturday, January 24, 2015. We are taking swimming lessons which she loves, and girlfriend talks so much. Our lives are narrated for us. She also has a crazy memory and can remember who gave her which shirt for Christmas, the actions behind Disney songs when she hasn't seen the movie in months, and if I mentioned something would happen at a certain time, she will hold me to it. Thursday, April 24, 2014. Last weekend was Easter and we milked the weekend for all it was worth! We headed up to my parent's house Friday night so we could get an early start on Saturday for the Easter egg hunt!
