Kramer's Diary: July 2009
http://kramersdiary.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Friday, July 3, 2009. He's with me again. After being overseas for much of the last 18 months, you'd think Kramer would forget me, but of course he hasn't. These days he's an indoor dog - especially since he had the stroke, but he's pretty good. He usually goes to the back door and waits if he wants to "go" so there's rarely an accident. He likes to find a place in the morning where the sun streams in and he'll curl up and sleep in the sun. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). About Wynnum and Manly.

Kramer's Diary: February 2008
http://kramersdiary.blogspot.com/2008_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 6, 2008. The stolen tomato sandwich. Afterwards he went back to doing what he does most of the time - sleeping. He is going to miss me when I go to China. He's funny when I come home from one of my adventures - he "dumps" MM who has cared for him in my absence and becomes my very best friend. Saturday, February 2, 2008. So I decided to take him for a walk. Walk? Until I "kickstart" him again. It is so painful. No wonder we don't enthusiastically organise a walk for him as often as...

Kramer's Diary: February 2009
http://kramersdiary.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 15, 2009. How weird he has been. I guess it started at 4.30 am yesterday morning. I am home alone as my husband is in hospital. Kramer needed to "go" - outside. He sat by my bed and "spoke" to me in his doggy voice. It was pouring with rain so there we were on the back lawn as he relieved. Himself. I tried to go back to bed and sleep afterwards, but there was quite a lot of traffic noise and eventually I got up. I took him outside, and I gave. Nothing seemed to settle him. Is he deaf or ...

Kramer's Diary: March 2008
http://kramersdiary.blogspot.com/2008_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 11, 2008. As I am in China now I have not seen Kramer for several weeks now - except on Skype. He has no idea that he is being held in front of a camera for me to see him. I do miss all at home - Kramer especially - but that is life as I learn more about China and teach English here. Surprisingly many of my students are afraid of dogs. Few have them as pets at home, so they are a little fearful of them. Check up on my exploits in China. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). About Wynnum and Manly.

Kramer's Diary: October 2008
http://kramersdiary.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Monday, October 27, 2008. I have just learned that Kramer is ill. Apparently he had a stroke on Friday last. When my husband returned from work on Friday he found Kramer all wobbly with his eyes rolling in his head. He promptly took him to the vet. It appears that he has had a stroke! Kramer's Diary: January 2008
http://kramersdiary.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 8, 2008. We have had constant rain for several weeks. Not always heavy rain, although there is widespread flooding in south east Queensland and northern New South Wales, and millions dollars of damage has been done. Here we have had more rain than in recent times, but still are in "drought" officially as our water supplies are less than optimum. And guess what a dog will do when he/she has just been washed? I think today is dog washing day! Thursday, January 3, 2008.

Kramer's Diary: December 2007
http://kramersdiary.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 18, 2007. Kramer on the mat. Kramer enjoyed lying on the carpet at Lagoon Pocket B and B when we stayed there. A lot more accomodation places are accepting well behaved dogs. We have found that not all of these accomodations that accept dogs have one item that is essential. A fenced yard - so that the dogs don't get curious and wander off. Gives a little more peace to the dog owners. Kramer wouldn't go far from us - but still we would have liked a fence. Labels: Bed and Breakfast. On th...

Kramer's Diary: The scary blue light
http://kramersdiary.blogspot.com/2009/02/scary-blue-light.html
Monday, February 2, 2009. The scary blue light. We have a water filter and cooler in the kitchen, and we had a few issues. One (still under warranty) spilled its contents on the kitchen floor and through the drawers underneath its stand. So it was parcelled up along with the receipt to prove the date of purchase and returned to the store. So he barked in a frenzy. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). About Wynnum and Manly.
