Wednesday, December 7, 2011. I am addicted.BaDlY. I couldn't do it.I am miserable without my coffee.headache like you can't believe, nausea.it's ridiculous but I do love my coffee! I rather vow to drink extra water instead! Why didn't I think of that before? Random fact: I saw a gator right across the road from where I run! It was a small one just chillin in the water! Another interesting fact: anywhere there is a body of water in FL you can pretty much guarantee there are gators!

Goal: 2 Hr 30 min (12:12 pace). Thursday: Aim for pace to be around 11:30. Sunday: Steady pace trying to hit 30-45 seconds slower than race pace. 8226; Stretch at least 10 minutes every day even on non-running days. 8226; Rest means ‘no running’ that day, The workouts are not optional. 8226; Total Gym-Runner’s circuit. MCA Update #89 Efate Ring Road and Santo East Coast Road. December 6, 2010. Downer crews have now opened the road to traffic and removed the temporary by-pass road at DryCreek. They are now placing and compacting the pavement over the top of the new culvert. Some additional work is being done on Klehm’s Hill that requires traffic to be restricted to one lane. Work. To protect the abutments of the Ulei Bridge from scour damage during floods will start this week. Villagers have just started work in theirs.
