From eating this bread. 4 cups of hot-warm water. 5 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 cup gluton flour. 3 cups whole wheat flour. 8 tsp fast acting yeast. 3 cups whole wheat flour (fresh grind). Knead for 10 min.
