Tuesday, June 17, 2008. Our 7 Day Carribean Cruise aboard the Carnival Legend. Isla Roatan, Honduras was absolutely beautiful. Snorkeling was great, too! The beaches were smooth, white sand. I was in my "fantasy" element. The lobby's were elegantly decorated. We felt like royalty. This is the dining room we ate in every night - pretty fancy! Saturday, November 15, 2008. Our Hawaiin Vacation comes to a close! We all had a BLAST! Thanks to Norm and Rosanne for the opportunity to go! We'll never forget it! Kayaking, hiking, and "dipping" in the falls . . . Kayak trip up the river, hiking up a trail, and finding Secret Falls . . . This was one of the funnest things I have ever. An authentic Hawaiian lunch of poi and Kalua pork. The poi was very interesting tasting - Norm loves it, Mont on the other hand wasn't sure if he would try it again.

Both of my parents, if they were recessive FTO carriers, could have not passed on any kind of predisposition to me or if they were dominant FTO then I didn't have a chance in heck to begin with.
