Pacesetters is a group of within the National Center for Women in Information Technology that are committed to trying new initiatives while recording the “net new women” attracted to computer science programs and jobs because of the efforts. The University of Washington brought up an interesting question for the industry reps: do your companies want people with non-BS degrees?
