Our experience as medical missionaries to Mbingo Baptist Hospital, Cameroon. Monday, January 12, 2015. Word of the month: harmattan. When I first heard this word, I had no idea what it meant. The harmattan is a southerly wind that blows down from the Sahara every dry season. Kinda like El Niño, but with with lots of dust and no rain.
