We spent our time here doing an interpretive hike, walking the trails around the campground and going to the McDonald observatory. The Indian Lodge was built in 1930 by the CCC and was luxury accommodation for the time. It’s terraced onto a hill so has great views of the valley below. The McDonald Observatory.
