So New Years Day this year in 2006 was the hottest day on record here in Sydney with a temperature of 45 degrees centigrade for most of the afternoon. It was disgusting. I sweated all day. I went through about 4 t-shirts, had about 4 cool showers, drank loads of water, and spent most of the afternoon looking for a cool place to hide! And grabbing a tasty $10 steak! Yes it was that bad! Clearly the air conditioning had buggered up or something!

Distilleries done we drive around and make our way back to the base, passing it by to go up to Tomintoul (highest village in Scotland) where we went to the "Clock House" restaurant. We considered driving back to visit another near to where we are staying, but didn't want to rush (hey it's a holiday! So drove around and found a unique (to us) bridge. Made all of wood and with amazing shapes formed by the structure underneath. We managed to get a few shots before the sky opened and rained us off.

Today's session was same process as the others. 1 Warm up on bike 5 mins. 2 Dumbbell incline bench press 35-40reps light weight. 3 Close grip cable row using pulley machine, 35 reps light weight. 5 Close grip row using pulley machine, same as for bench, ie 15 reps, reduce, reduce, etc. 8 Leg curl 15 heavy, reduce, etc.
