We do not go back to the doctor until 4 months for more accurate measurements. Smith is sleeping through the night! He will sleep from 8PM (last feeding is at 7:15-30) to 6:60-7AM. Our daily wake time goal is 7:30AM, so if he wakes before then we will go in and give him the paci and he will fall right back to sleep. You LOVE bath time!

Wednesday, October 29, 2014. McIver Family Beach Trip September 2014. Every year we head to Cape San Blas, Florida with Ryan's family. It is a trip that we look forward to and always have so much fun! This year, in addition to Ryan's immediate family going, some of his Aunt's, Uncle's, and cousins came too! We had 3 houses on the beach with a shared pool. It could not have been a more perfect setup.big thanks to Mama Jules for planning and organizing everything! A few of my favorite highlights of the trip.

Wednesday, September 24, 2014. I never want to forget. I never want to forget. The way you say nose. You scrunch your nose and say it so cute! How excited you get when I tell you Daddy is home.you RUN to the door and wait for him to open it up with a HUGE smile on your face. You also attempted to do a summersault and it was hilarious! Your love of books. If I can't find you in the house, you are ALWAYS in the guest room (where we keep some books and read to you in the glider) reading. How smart you are!

Monday, February 24, 2014. Hollis Leigh is 9 months old today! Below is her 8 month summary. Weight: 20lbs 9oz 77th percentile. Height: 28 inches 63rd percentile. HC: 17 1/4 inches 43rd persentile. Update from well visit: Dr. Steele was happy with Hollis' growth and said she is on track for a 12 month old! Dr Steele also said to Hollis "well, I do believe you are advanced! Sleeping is still going great! Speaking of teething, Hollis' top 4 teeth are coming in! We hit a lot of milestones in the last month!

Thursday, June 12, 2014. Hollis' Birthday Weekend At The Lake. Hollis' birthday fell on Memorial day weekend, so we went to the lake to continue celebrating her and enjoying Memorial day on the water. We had such a great time at the lake and enjoyed spending time with my Mom, Step-Dad and Grandma Helen. Hollis LOVED the boat rides and feeding the ducks. Lake Hartwell is one of my favorite places! We stopped pull-ups altogether unless she was sleeping. She's only had a few accidents at school since, but only two of them were her refusal to go to the potty.
