Josh has flourished and it has been so fun to watch and to volunteer in his class. Tommy screamed in protest every day we left Josh there because he wanted to go with big brother! After trying to fly them with my kids I have come to a couple conclusions; one, the kites were either better built, two the wind was better years ago, three my memories were rosie and I didn't realize how much my mom did to help me fly them! He spent the first couple of days in depression and then on about day 4, he decided this was his new lot in life and made quick work of finding new ways to get around, they ranged from scooting to crawling like a puppy dog, to finally hobbling around on his cast. Of course my boys wanted to chase the peacocks and pickup all of the rusty metal that the other parents were warning their kids they would get Tetnus from! Mike and Becky Dimick. Thursday, March 27, 2014. What would you do? What would you do to get a smile or laughter, a squeal of delight, an ounce of joy squeezed out of your child? During the month of February, my boys and I made Valentines to mail to our loved ones, and baked and decorated Valentine's cookies to deliver to friends. They had so much fun eating, rolling the dough, eating the dough, and using the cookie cutter, eating the dough, and then baking them so they could frost, and then eat them!
