Each year a group of young men and women, selected from the community, dedicate a year of their lives to join the Dream Team. While learning leadership and ministry skills, they also lovingly serve throughout MCM. Programmes. Candidates selected to participate in the programme have completed high school. There are an estimated 2,000 homeless people living on the streets of Paarl. The heart of the Homeless Care. Ministry is the Full Circle Homeless.
