Our Mission in Chile. Monday, June 17, 2013. We have some new pictures to share also:. This is a picture in the downtown plaza. We are looking west at the cathedral. It is a pretty landmark. . How would you like to have this view out your front door each morning? This is late fall. The mountains in the background are the Andes and there are about 8 peaks at 16-18,000 feet in this area. Our Mission in Chile. Wednesday, July 30, 2014. When we first arrived in San Jose there were two sisters assigned to serve with us in the Branch. One of them was Sister Tibbitts. This is a picture of her on her last night in the mission. She has now returned home to Utah. We hope to see her again. She was a wonderful missionary. So he has taken a cast off factory and made it into a profitable tourist attraction. He was so kind to share with us. . That is all for this post. Elder and Sister McMurdie.

Our Mission in Chile. Monday, April 29, 2013. I am going to try to add some pictures. The first is in our living room. I am just coming out brushing my teeth. This is the entrance to our home. Notice the high ceilings and doorways. This is our heating unit. It is not central heat as the heater is not in the central part of the room but it will heat the whole area well. The is the patio out the back door. It is a large area and we will invite people over for a barbeque and activities when it warms up.

Logan had a kindergarten graduation party that Big Russ and I got to attend. We made candy leis for their teachers. We are so sad to be leaving this year behind, Jennas teacher was so, so wonderful!
