I am loving my Monday pilates class at fitness first… for one it is a proper work out I leave the class feeling sore and sweaty…perfect but the other reason…probably the main reason is the pilates instructor… the beautiful…the sexc… Paula this woman is amazing! Monday, October 12, 2009. With the end of my uni life coming to a rapid end, it can be hard to find time to just stop and allow yourself to catch up to all your thoughts. With all the stress and pressure of deadlines and expectation both placed on us, and as we place on ourselves this time of year can always be a bit of an emotional roller coaster. AArgh what was I thinking? I do feel better after my backyard yoga, I will probably need to do a mini mid day session however. What can you do! Not So Tiny Da...

Thursday, September 24, 2009. I am covered in deep purple and blue welts! Huge bruises, on my shoulders, my back, my knees my elbows! But it is all worth it! Last night I went and did the most amazing contemporary class at Chunky Moves, one of Australias most prestigious contemporary dance company's, I was so nervous for the class, (it was my first class for 4 years, after retirering.and then a serious injury! Friday, October 2, 2009. LuLuLemon but new instructor oooo. So I went back again to LuLuLemon with Tiny for another free yoga session. Different instructor this time, and from what Tiny had told me this girl is tougher than the last one the I had… so I rolled out my matt sat back and waited for what was to come… it turned out to be a really good class the lady who took it was great she pushed us all quite hard!
