Skip to primary content. New Changes in my Tri World. August 25, 2013. Thanks to SPT I still have been able to do some running on the Alter-G which has made my life a lot easier. It is such an amazing piece of equipment! I plan to keep it structured into my training regimen. I can’t thank them enough for getting me close to being able to get back outside on the road again! My legs were heavy, but I could still push the usual heavy gear to keep a good rhythm and pace going. Riding the Trek Speed Concept with a HED disc makes for a fast ride!
