The Lewis Family in Japan: October 2012
http://lewispie.blogspot.com/2012_10_01_archive.html
Sunday, October 28, 2012. I love that everyone in our family loves to get dressed up almost as much as I do. Ben is always a good sport and does great "character roles." Eleanor would were a dress up dress everyday all day if I would let her. And although Clara is only 15 months old, she too loves to dress up, especially if it means she gets to carry a "purse.". So this year Eleanor wanted to be Snow White and couldn't have been more thrilled with how her costume turned out. Tuesday, October 2, 2012.

Sunday, January 13, 2013. Ice Skating in Yokohama. Sometime in the last month or so Ellie has gotten it into her head that she wanted to go ice skating; I think it was from reading "Angelina Ballerina Ice Skating" (or something like that). At any rate, she's been asking and asking, and we know that there is a small outdoor rink in nearby Yokohama. We thought about going during Christmas Break, but the girls were sick nearly the whole time. Clara standing on the ice admiring the twinkly lights. We had gre...

Sunday, December 14, 2014. Sakura 2012-We missed 2011 because Ellie and I left after the Tohoku Earthquake on Mar. 11, 2011. When we go back to the States to visit someone invariably asks us when we are moving back "home." The truth is, we already live at home. Right now for us Yokosuka, Japan is home. We are together as a family, and we know that we are where the Lord wants us to be, so that is home. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). But just be patient, there is always more pie in the kitchen. And if you...

Marc, Kristin, and Kiddos. Wednesday, September 9, 2009. Is it still camping if it's in a cabin? My wonderful Uncle Kyle was so kind to let us use his cabin in the beautiful mountains up Ogden canyon. Our good friends the Shaws joined us. Our kids are the same ages and we all get along great (It's always fun to find parents AND kids that you get along with! Grace and Ty were up early and ready for breakfast.to their parents dismay! Jordo was looking rather mischeivious with his cup of rocks! Sherrie's Ad...

Sunday, January 26, 2014. Remember When I Blogged? That was before this happened. And that was SEVEN months ago. WHAT! He loves to get into his sisters legos and chew on them, to find paper and chew on it, to find clothes and chew on them. Not to be outdone, the girls are also getting bigger and cleverer and funnier and lovelier everyday. Here's proof:. It would melt my heart everytime, except when she does it during Wesley's naps and sings so loud in the genkan (entry) that sometime she wakes him up.

The Lewis Family in Japan: Sakura 2013
http://lewispie.blogspot.com/2013/04/sakura-2013.html
Monday, April 8, 2013. The cherry blossoms, or sakura, bloomed a bit early this year. So we headed out on a Saturday afternoon to have a picnic and take pictures before they all blew away and covered the ground in pinkish hued "blossom snow" as Ellie likes to call it. It was pretty chilly that day, but there were sticks to be collected so the girls didn't seem to mind. And here's our cute family! And our silly girls! And a parting shot of this great daddy! A Wink and a Smile. April 24, 2013 at 4:45 PM.
