When there is a full moon twice in one month then it is called a blue moon and it happens only every so often, hence the coined phrase, "Once in a blue moon". Lacey and the boys. The happenings of a big and happy family. Sunday, July 29, 2012. A fun thing that the girls did this summer was to participate in the Color Run. They bought white shirts and went to run and have fun. Apparently you run and they shoot color at you while doing so. Needless to say they were pretty colorful when they came home. The happenings of a big and happy family. Sunday, September 23, 2012. Every week on Monday I order from Bountiful Baskets. This is a food co-op and is really a good deal! You buy a box which is 50% vegetables, 50% fruit and then you can order extras which include:. Mexican or italian vegetable sack. Bulk fruit or vegetable. And various other things. The last few weeks I ordered strawberries and made freezer jam and fruit leather. Peaches of which I canned and also made freezer jam and fruit leather.

Tuesday, July 6, 2010. After two months of trying and failing to make Conner's hair look and stay nice, I finally decided it was time to cave. I didn't want to cut his hair until he was a year, but Conner's hair just grew out too quickly. It was quite long on top! Now I can style it in a mohawk again without any trouble. Conner even has that little gap in between his front teeth. I just love his brown eyes with his blond hair. I hope it never darkens. Friday, November 11, 2011. Ariel and her little dragon before going trick-or-treating. Mama and Conner enjoying each other and the weather. Goofing around on Daddy's shoulders. Conner got cupcakes to share with playgroup, an Agent P cake from his Auntie Dani and this robot cake from Oma. He now thinks every baked good including bread is "cake' and it's a favorite word and dessert of his. Blowing out the candles. Auntie Annie did most of the work. Opening a present from Auntie Erica. Phew what a busy time!
