Friday, December 30, 2016. Yesterday, I turned 29 on the 29th! I didn't even know Golden Birthdays were a thing until a handful of months ago, but I have to admit, it's pretty cool! I took pictures throughout my day, so I'll let them do the talking on how fun and special my last birthday in my 20s was! The texts, Facebook/Instagram posts, and calls were enough to make my heart burst with thankfulness. And I mean that. I pray that any good you see in me points to Jesus himself. He's the hero of my story.

Sunday, February 28, 2016. It's hard to imagine our lives without Nolan. The reality is that he's only been around for 18 months. But there is much to be said about the past year and a half. I have loved a man and little boy combo for just 18 short months, and it has been incredible. Beautiful. Vulnerable. Trying. Yeah, that's normal, and I'm probably thinking about it in that very moment. It's fine. Here are a few things you've grown to love and do as of late:. You Crack. Us. Up. Foof" = waffles or shoes.

Tuesday, November 24, 2015. Our Family Photo Mini-Session. An incredibly sweet (and new) friend so graciously and generously offered to take family pictures in mini-session fashion for Eden Village families this past Sunday. I am still all goo-goo-eyed over what she was able to capture in like (seriously) three minutes flat. We'll cherish these forEVER, Abby. Thank you, sweet friend! Saturday, April 23, 2016. They're Having a Dang Party! We (legitimately) surprised my mom for her 60th birthday last weekend, and I have the video to prove it. She had NO clue. I spent the morning antiquing with her and Nanny, while back at the house, several people were prepping for her arrival. My parents' house was the perfect backdrop to such a celebration.
