So the battery in the Pathfinder was dead. i was stranded at school with no one around to jump me off. but what do my longing eyes see? A student at my high school was coming to baseball practice. i signal him over and ask him for some help. he agrees and pulls up next to my car. i ask him to pop the hood and he complies. what happens next was one of those "are you serious? I, for one, hate leftovers. for the most part. there are the occasional kinds of leftovers i will eat. but most likely if it's a couple days old, i'm not eating it. Simple, i know, but still profound. i can't fill my life with all of these "things of God" and then give Him what's left, which is usually very little. he wants my best. and He deserves nothing less.
