Saturday, March 3, 2012. 1 Dozen Medium Eggs. 1 Package 'Baby Bella' Mushrooms (Sliced). 1/2 Bag of Shredded Cheese (Pepperjack). 2-3 Cups Diced Ham. 1 Packet of Italian Seasoning. Slice the mushrooms, dice the ham, grate the zucchini and the sweet potato. Set those ingredients aside and saute the onion for five minutes in olive oil.
