RICH AND CREAMY GUACAMOLE DIP FOR MOTHER'S DAY. Here is the recipe I came up with. I think the addition of sour cream gives it that little extra something, and I used mild chunky salsa instead of plain tomatoes to jazz it up.just enough to add that "south of the border" zing. Of course, both of the kiddos absolutely loved it! I hope you do, too!
