You can read about them here:. Http:/ www.chimps-inc.org. Do you see the 2 chimps in the window awaiting our arrival? They have enclosed walkways from the indoor area to outside areas. Lesley, founder and director, is giving a talk. They also have 2 lynx but was so warm today they were sleeping where is was cool.

Quilts for Scotty and Ryan. Sunday, September 7, 2014. We went for a hike on the Crater Ditch Trail with our friend Connie and her friend Wendi, taking Daffy with us. The trail we took takes you to the summit of Broken Top which we can see from our house. Is an extinct, glacially eroded stratovolcano. Part of the extensive Cascade Range. Located southeast of the Three Sisters. Peaks, the volcano, residing within the Three Sisters Wilderness. Is 20 miles (32 km) west of Bend, Oregon. Be careful up there!

Today we hiked the Tam McArthur Rim trail. Starting at Three Creeks Lakes, at 6500', you can see the ridge line you are about to ascend. It tops out at 7730' elevation. There were plenty of photo ops along the way so get ready to scroll. Here we go. Uhwait a minute, we are going UP there? At one of the many outcroppings.
