In the poke plants. In the meadow, goldfinches were busily picking seed from the coneflower heads. Walnut tree leaves, spotted yellow and brown, were drifting slowly down as we headed into the woods. It being a warm and humid day, there was a constant chorus of cicadas to listen to. A beautiful member of the lobelia family. Also along the trail opposite the Hole, elderberries are ripening i.pbase.com/v3/86/14186/1/49557389.20050. Many birds and mammals eat the hips, helping spread this invasive species.

I have been a little remiss in posting about my walks, lately. There are three I've taken in the last week. Last Saturday, the 8th, I walked along the west bank of Wolf Run. The banks were still muddy, although the water levels in the creek had dropped quite a bit, and many of them were covered in raccoon footprints. Meander Weimaraners en Teckels, betrouwbare fokker van weimaraners en teckels. Net geboren, 4 teefjes en een reutje. Xantippe en Dale verwachten pups rond 8 december. Al 37 jaar fok ik honden. Aanvankelijk alleen weimaraners, maar sinds vijf jaar ook teckels. Ik vind dat honden een fijn karakter moeten hebben en echt leuk gezelschap zijn.
