Tuesday, July 24, 2012. Men efter onsdagens rundvisning måste jag säga att jag har ändrat åsikt! Kampala kan vara fantastiskt läckert! Vi besökte bla en marknad som var enorm med massor av saker att titta på och köpa, kolla bara in bilderna på kryddorna! Därefter gick vi uppåt bland kullarna. Tuesday, January 1, 2013. Happy New Year to you all! May 2013 bring lot´s of happines and joy to everybody! I celebrated New Year with my best friend, Erika, and her boy friend Johan. We had a fantastic dinner which we cooked together. For starter we had gratinated lobster with garlic bread! For main course we made our own pasta which we ate with a sauce of cream, garlic, asparagus, lemon, onion and scallops. It was delicious! And for desert we had Limonciello sorbet (ice cream). Pasta with the sauce.

Friday, December 28, 2012. On Christmas day it was really bad weather here so we didn´t do much, just stayed indoors and relaxed. On Boxing day on the other hand it was nice weather and we went out for a walk along the sea. It is always so beautiful there! In the afternoon my brother and his family came for dinner. Tuesday, February 28, 2012. This weekend my brother came up to Gothenburg from Halmstad to visit me! On Friday we ate some nice food and then we watched photos from Uganda! Monday, April 30, 2012. Yesterday I decided to bake cinnamon rolls! You mix yeast, butter, milk, sugar and flower together. Then you take a rolling-pin and roll out the dough. You put on a spreading of butter, sugar and cinnamon and roll it together. Cut it in pieces and put in forms. Then into the oven for a couple of minutes and it is done! Tuesday, March 27, 2012. Mussel academy and birthday celebrations. Long time no see. It has been a lot to do at work so I didn´t have time to blog, sorry. Hope it will be better in the future! Sunday, January 8, 2012. Boda med mitt bagage! Nu är jag hemma i Göteborg igen efter fyra fantastiska månader i Uganda! Jag längtar redan tillbaka! Jag måste snart åka tillbaka och hälsa på! I onsdags förmiddag skulle jag ta mig från lägenheten till stan, med all min packning, för att ta bussen till Kampala. Sunday, October 21, 2012. With her two kids! Today when me and my nighbour, Carita, were out walking in the forest we saw a moose with her two kids! Wow they are so big! It is the biggest animal in Sweden. It is not dangorus, it does not eat meat. But when they have kids they can be pretty irretated and then they can be dangouros. So amazing to see them!
