Saturday, June 21, 2014. Max had his first friend party this year! Fun Facts about Max. He follows the rules! Max is the only one that will instantly take his shoes off every time he gets in the house. Max is the only one who doesn't nibble on his food at meal time before the prayer is said. Actually, he reminds me often if I forget we haven't prayed. I love this! Only simple books but we are working on phonics. For some reason he won't admit to anyone that he can read. Silly boy. He can count to 100.

Travis achieved his dream of becoming a full-time firefighter this year. He was hired on at Murray Fire Department in July and is loving being a part of the brotherhood there. He worked so hard to make it happen and we feel the hand of the Lord guiding him to this department and with this timing. So far it has been a perfect fit. I have been a busy, full-time working Mom of 3.

Wednesday, December 21, 2011. When I saw the words invasive and in situ ductal carcinoma on my biopsy report I was shocked, scared, and heart broken. It hit me.I have breast cancer. And then I wept. Tuesday morning I talked with the doctor (who was unaware I had access to the results and was a little angry with me for looking it up.oops!
