The "icing on the cake", the prototyping, represents the final step in the process from idea to physical product. Often this step is followed by mold making and final product manufacturing. The prototypes is made out of foam material with a maximum processing size of 2200 x 1400 x 800 mm. Different qualities of foam material can be choosen from, ranging from medium soft foam to harder more dense foam. Below the workflow for the prototyping process is shown.
