Laney's Goodies: Seafood Tortilla Lasagna
http://laneyu.blogspot.com/2007/09/seafood-tortilla-lasagna.html
Wednesday, September 5, 2007. I got this recipe from another food blog, http:/ colormeundefined.blogspot.com/. These are the things I did different. I used cooked frozen shrimp to save time and hassle. They did get a little tough, so next time I will use uncooked like the recipe says :) I also forgot the cayenne pepper, but it was still good! I also used a little more cheese, just like always! My fiance liked it too! 1 (20-24 oz.) jar picante sauce. 4-6 cloves garlic, minced (I used jarred). I'm Alisha f...

I told her no and she told me to make it because she had it on her must try list forever and has yet to make it. It was something different so I said sure. Then I asked her about sides. She said corn. I said what about orzo, she said yum, I said WAIT, how about pasta! Spicy Garlic Lime Pasta. 1 cup chicken broth.

Kayte's Kitchen: July 2008

Wednesday, July 30, 2008. Pasta in a Tomato Cream Sauce. I'd also like to say that I've made this sauce without the cream/half and half and cheese and it's really good that way too. So if you're looking to cut back on fat and calories, just leave out the cream/half and half and cheese. It will still be very yummy! I also like to mix it up with the herbs I use. Tonight I used dried oregano and fresh sage. I loved the sage in it and I think next time I'll just use sage. Pasta in a Tomato Cream Sauce. Be do...

Stuffed pork chops | Halfway Gourmet
https://halfwaygourmet.wordpress.com/2008/09/19/stuffed-pork-chops
LOVE stuffed pork chops, but the ones I find in the store always seem so blah and tough. I decided to try making them myself, and they were wonderful! I did brine the pork chops first, which really makes them moist and delicious. One note if you’ve never brined before: DO NOT SALT THE MEAT AFTER BRINING. You can add other seasonings if you want, but do NOT add salt. They will be WAY too salty. Trust me on this. Step away from the salt. 1/2 c brown sugar. 1/2 c kosher salt. 1 TBSP whole peppercorns. Remov...
