Our Horizontal Machines carry an average of 200 tools each; include Pallet cell technology and have 4 th axis capability. We have also added electronic probing to give us the capability to achieve very tight tolerances. With 200 tools we do not have to retool a job each time we make it. This is a large part of the setup costs, which we are able to eliminate. Our Pallet Cell System allows us to keep the fixtures set up permanently. This also eliminates a large part of the setup costs.

All gauges and inspection test equipment are on a regular calibration schedule in accordance with Mil-STD-45662 calibration standard, traceable to NIST.
