Sunday, September 23, 2012. Busy Couple of Months. We have had a busy August and September. In August we spent time in both Iowa and back in Claflin enjoying family! That was great to see everyone! August 22nd was Emerson's First day of Preschool! She was so excited to go and had absolutely no hesitation about going to a new place and meeting new friends! Sunday, May 13, 2012. Happy Mother's day to all of you wonderful Mothers out there.and especially our own wonderful Mother, Mother in law, and our Grandmothers! It has been a while since the last post and we have been up to A LOT. April was full! Easter weekend was spent in Kansas City this year. It was a bummer not being near family this year but we actually had a ton more fun than we thought we would! It was great to see them and enjoy some time with them and their families. Saturday, August 27, 2011. Summer is drawing to an end and we have had a great season with the kids. We didn't "do" a lot but it seems likes we were/are always busy! Some of the cool things. we spent time in Claflin at the all school reunion, we went to Illinois to see Grandma Marion and The Kehrt side of the family, we traveled to Iowa for the 4th and had a lot of fun on the lake, and there were several days by the pool and in the backyard. We didn't know that Accounting could be so funny!

Sunday, February 26, 2012. I am the Champ! Bruce has been traveling a lot lately so our weekends have been getting in some good family time. Last weekend Bruce and I did sneak off for a bit with some friends for monthly date night with The Wondra's and Ernsts to see a comedy show, which was a lot of fun! This weekend the weather has been nice! Emerson and Daddy reading books - the girl can't read enough books! It has done a lot for my physical fitness as well as my own personal sanity! I AM THE CHAMP!

Sunday, July 29, 2012. I know I have done a poor job at keeping up with the blog this summer. We haven't had all that exciting of a summer because it has been so hot here that it isn't any fun to even be outside. June was actually pretty quiet this year. We attended a beautiful wedding for our friends Brian and Paige. It was a wedding to be remembered and we wish them much love and luck. Sunday, August 5, 2012. Happy Birthday Uncle Chad and Aunt Rox. We headed to Iowa this weekend to celebrate my brother Chad and Roxanne's birthdays. They held a pretty good party tropical style and it was a great opportunity to see the family. Josh was home for Brazil and my Aunt and Uncle from Illinois made the trek too, so that made even a little more fun that we were able to see them. The kids had a blast with everyone. Emerson is particularly smitten with her Uncles- all of them! Bruce and Sara Oberle.
