Unsere Kurse beginnen Samstag und Sonntag jeweils um 9.00 Uhr und enden um 17.00 Uhr. Während vier Stunden an beiden Kurstagen wirst du mit viel Praxisunterricht und "wenig" Theorie in die Sportmassage eingeführt. Massieren ist keine Hexerei. Eine gute Technik ist aber Grundvoraussetzung für eine erfolgreiche Behandlung. Eine detailierte Auflistung der Themen des Basiskurses finden Sie unter Themen.
