Friday, December 31, 2010. Well just one more day and 2011 begins. I can't help but wonder what this new year will bring. Many exciting things are on the horizon - which ones will come to pass? I know that Wes and Susan are going to Romania, Richard is going to Spain, and Susan receives her MBA and we are working on a celebration trip for that event. Saturday, January 01, 2011. Date night last night - dinner, movie and a little shopping. We were home, off the roads before the drunks were out. We did last until midnight, welcomed the new year and went to bed. Today has been a half lazy day. Watched a little football and did a little house cleaning. Monday, August 09, 2010. I am definitely not a housewifey wife. I am not fond of housework even though I like a clean and orderly home. I remember when my firstborn came along, people said "Don't worry about the housework, he will only be young for a little while. The housework will still be there.". She sure looks happy.

Saturday, February 15, 2014. After a long time. I'm back to blogging. Who knows maybe my grandkids will read this some day. To catch up from July 2011 to June 2012, follow the link to Day by Day. Now to catch up from June 2012. Our granddaughter, Meadow, is growing by leaps and bounds. She is 21 months old and many pics have been posted of her on Facebook and Instagram so I won't bore you with more here. Our grandson will be born in 10 days. WOO!
