My story | Jeff Gilbert
https://jeffwgilbert.wordpress.com/my-story
I teach journalism at Cedarville University. A Christ-centered liberal arts school in Cedarville, Ohio. If you don’t know where Cedarville is, you can draw a triangle around it from Dayton to Cincinnati to Columbus. I graduated from Cedarville in 1987 with a degree in broadcast journalism. I went on to a newspaper career in Virginia. My area of emphasis. Is in news writing, but I incorporate multimedia training and assignments in all of my writing classes. I also serve as faculty adviser for Cedars.

The story was about a high school football player who suffered traumatic brain injuries in a car wreck and spent 34 days in a coma. No one knew what kind of life John Samples had in front of him. But he recovered beyond expectations and kicked the extra points for his Mechanicsburg High football team Friday night at Southeastern. Fill in your detai...
