口腔溃疡是常见的口腔勃膜溃疡类疾病,其患病率高达20%左右,居口腔勃膜病首位口腔溃疡病因复杂,存在明显的个体差异,目前认为是多因素综合作用的结果其治疗多通过局部治疗结合全身治疗延长间歇期,缩短发病期,减少复发促进愈合为原则在各种治疗方法中,激光是局部治疗中常用的理疗方法之一. 本实验通过建立口腔溃疡动物模型,从愈合时间和止痛效果两方面分别比较65Onm和81Onm两波长半导体激光治疗口腔溃疡的疗效,以选出两波长治疗口腔溃疡各自的有效最适剂量及了解激光止痛机制,为半导体激光治疗口腔溃疡提供理论依据,以便指导临床工作. 2,健康的新西兰大白兔34只建立口腔溃疡动物模型,将建模成功的大白兔进行分组(n= 6),自身对照治疗侧作激光治疗,连续3d溃疡侧不作处理激光末次照射后24h处死大白兔取口腔瓢膜溃疡组织用放免法和酶免法分别检测p一EP和5一HT的含量变化,检测激光的止痛效果及验证日一EP及5一HT在激光镇痛中的作用. 1,激光治疗侧均比溃疡侧愈合期提前,其中81onm300rrlw,65onm200,w激光组的愈合时间最短本研究证实了一定剂量范围内激光照射辅助治疗口腔溃疡能达到较好的治疗效果.
