Seattle Shorts Film Festival. We are very proud to announce that the Seattle Shorts’ 2011 Grand Jury Prize winner for best film, Raju, was nominated for an Oscar for Best Short live action film. Seattle Shorts sure knows how to “pick em”. We also awarded Raju with best editing and best actor. Seattle Shorts was the only Seattle festival to screen Raju. Good eye! Grand Jury Prize, Best Film: Raju. Best Director: Ambarish Manepalli – A Wink of the Eye. Best Cinematography: Stanley Pickle. A Wink of the Eye.
