Jean "John" and Mila De Keyser are your guides for the Croatia and Spain Flotillas. Jean a native of Belgium, is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain and Master 100T as well as a sailing instructor certified by the American Sailing Association. Mila, born and raised in Peru, is for all intents and purposes the Admiral of the flotilla, master organizer, first mate and the proverbial strong woman behind her husband.

You would like to sail and captain a yacht in the Mediterranean but do not have your International Certificate of Competency yet? Capt Jean De Keyser can help you obtain your ICC. If you have already a lot of sailing experience but no ICC you can challenge the ASA tests or, if you still need the training, we can teach you on Lake Michigan, Florida, or in the Mediterranean. How it works

The pricing per person depends on the type of yacht and the number of people aboard that boat. Participants will have to pay for their own airfare and hotel costs. Shared costs such as provisioning, docking and refueling are managed on each boat with a boat kitty. Usually between $250 and $300 per person per week will cover these costs. Other excursions after or before the flotilla are extra. The yachts are booked with a local charter company that maintains its fleet in excellent condition. The yacht...
