The times they are a changing. November 6, 2015. The new face of Canada in the world is looking pretty good. Who are thinkers and visionaries, working with a Prime Minister with whom there is clearly a shared sense of respect, dedication and love of country. We have a Prime Minister who has appointed a gender balanced cabinet – yes there are 50% women in Canada’s cabinet in 2015. Some of my friends’ comments on Facebook:. A woman in midlife. 8216;I’m over the moon. Real change! Meandering closer to home.

Meandering closer to home. November 21, 2015. How much we don’t know about the places close to where we live. I remember growing up in London England that the only time we took in the sights, the Tower, the galleries, the museums, was when we had visitors from abroad. Now here I am on Vancouver Island and I rarely take time to meander right here in my own back yard. View from the Inland Island Highway above Buckley Bay.
