This is the bit you wont hear again, i am very proud of myself, IInspire,encourage and do my best to helphel others, Yes i did just blow my own trumpet! I am a very humble person normally but my emotions are racing and i cannot wait to hold Our torch in my hand it will be a moment like when i 1st held my children. Nobody will fullyget this blog but i will share it as most of my life is an open book(but not all).

Sally Bessie and I went for a coffee at the Hungry Fox in Beal and a walk along the canal and watched a Narrow boat called "Sprite go through the lock, Bessie rolled in the greenest cow pat ever LOL! Why do girls do this? Home for a Ploughmans for lunch(Nice). That is why i FIGHT so hard for loads of days like today, GREEDY? Signing off have a fantastic week:) night all one very happy young man.
