These Thoughts Escape Me: November 2008
http://pendragonhold.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Saturday, November 29, 2008. Way of the Witch. Heading back we stopped off at Sears to pick up an electric chain saw that was on sale to replace the noisy, ill-tempered and polluting gas job I've been using around the property. The chain tensioner has not been keeping the chain tight on the bar, coming off on me in the middle of a cut, so it was time to retire it. We also watched the Sci-Fi action movie HANCOCK, which was an interesting twist on your average super-hero movie. Imagine a guy with super...

Monday, March 31, 2008. Tonight's post was brought to you by Home Depot, retailer of fine wood posts. Buy one now. I mean now. Right this minute. Get up OUT of you chair and go get one. Hurry. Everybody else reading this blog is rushing out at this very minute to their nearest Home Depot and they might clear out all the posts leaving you with none and THEN where would you be? Don't let this happen to YOU! Or, just download this one. Makes no difference to me; I have one already. Links to this post. It's ...

These Thoughts Escape Me: Winter Solstice/Yule 2008
http://pendragonhold.blogspot.com/2008/12/winter-solsticeyule-2008.html
Monday, December 22, 2008. THE Resident Twin got an iPod Shuffle, which forced her to download Apple's iTunes music program to her PC. When it commenced to do everything easily without blowing up her computer, she couldn't keep the smile off her face, no matter how hard she tried. Her sister is a much tougher nut to crack, however, since her employment usually depends on Windows PC's, either fixing them (LOTTSA work THERE! Hehe) or working with them. So what was the BEST gift I was given this Yule? A Mer...

These Thoughts Escape Me: Yuletides and Economic Tsunamis
http://pendragonhold.blogspot.com/2008/12/yea-i-know-where-hell-have-i-been-right.html
Wednesday, December 17, 2008. Yuletides and Economic Tsunamis. Yea, I know; where the hell have I been? Right here. With not a lot to blog about. Sometimes I get 'bloggers block" and rather than whipping out yet another brilliant post, I'm staring at an empty text edit box with nothing whatsoever to put in it. That's where I've been. Is THIS what FREE enterprise is all about? Then FUCK free enterprise is all I have to say! Created Lovingly by Alex Pendragon. December 18, 2008 at 8:51 AM. And so it ends.

These Thoughts Escape Me: The Twilight Zone
http://pendragonhold.blogspot.com/2008/12/twilight-zone.html
Sunday, December 28, 2008. These days, especially since I gave up Christianity for Lent, the worst thing I hate the most about the Christmas season is waiting for it to finally end. It's bad enough that they seem to be kicking off the X-mas shopping frenzy right after the Fourth of July Fireworks have hit the ground, but you have to wait till after New Years for the music (oh that fucking music! Another words, he's really getting tall. You hate us, don't you? Shoot rockets at them? Then fine, if you insi...

These Thoughts Escape Me: June 2008
http://pendragonhold.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Saturday, June 28, 2008. OK, it's time for another post. And, despite the odds, I actually have a few things to post about. Allow me to illustrate. Whenever I feel justified in blowing my own horn, I do so with a certain trepidation, firstly for having to feel that I have to do it, secondly living with a certain guilt for having done it period. I struggle with all this daily. Only THIS time it didn't happen that way. And she deserved every damn penny of it! Now, you tell me, was this not a good week?

The Gods Are Bored: April 2005
http://godsrbored.blogspot.com/2005_04_01_archive.html
The Gods Are Bored. Praise and worship suggestions for those longing to be Left Behind. Wednesday, April 27, 2005. Welcome to "The Gods Are Bored! Hey, we didn't start this all-American form of fact dissemination. We're just modeling "The Gods Are Bored" on such eminences as the sitting president (George W. Bush) and the most important media eminence in journalism (Rush Limbaugh). When THEY start inviting rational debate of their views and platforms, WE WILL TOO. Posted by Anne Johnson @ 7:18 PM. But tod...
