2 γιαούρτια 200 γραμμαρίων το κάθε ένα. 1 κεσεδάκι γάλα φρέσκο. 1 κεσεδάκι γάλα εβαπορέ. 2 κεσεδάκια κρέμα γάλακτος πολύ παγωμένη. Βάζουμε το εβαπορέ στην κατάψυξη για 30 . Θα χρησιμοποιήσουμε το κεσεδάκι από το γιαούρτι σαν μεζούρα για όλα τα υλικά. Τα λεμόνια θέλω να είναι φρέσκα και ακέρωτα. Αφού πάρουμε το ξύσμα από τα λεμόνια το βάζουμε σε ένα μπολάκι και ρίχνουμε 3 κ.σ. από τη συνολική ζάχαρη και ανακατεύουμε. Σε μπολ βάζουμε το φρέσκο γάλα, τη ζάχαρη, το ξύσμα και το χυμό.
