A Cupcake a Day. Saturday, November 5, 2011. Fall Flavors- A Team Effort. Over a week ago my best friend, Christine called me in desperation! She had just baked a batch of pumpkin cupcakes ( yum! But the frosting just wouldn't thicken up. She wanted advice on fixing it, but after hearing the recipe I told her to just throw it out, freeze the cupcakes and we would work on the frosting another day together. After a few more attempts she finally did just that and I am so glad she did! 2 cups cake flour.

A Cupcake a Day. Thursday, October 6, 2011. So organic it was! I came home ready to hit the kitchen and I did just that. But the result was nothing short of awful. Downright disgusting! 4 C confectioner's sugar. 1/4 C fresh citrus juice. 1 stick softened butter. 1/2-1 tsp. zest from citrus fruit. Combine 2 C. sugar in mixer with the butter.
