A friend of mine asked the other day about whether or not my usual crazy fitness program is happening this summer. Since I haven’t been jabbering about it on Facebook or writing about it here, she wasn’t sure. Well of course the fitness program is under way. Haven’t missed a workout (6x per week) for six weeks. I’m carefully tracking what I eat for those six days each week as well. Tuesday: interval workout core work.

General musings with a crafty slant. March 6, 2013. I’ve done it! Oxidised the pyrite ring I wrote about here. So I gave up and oxidised it properly today and this is how it now looks:. I’m generally happy with how it turned out, but I’m not sure the contrast is what I expected.
