Sunday, August 28, 2011. We ran Ragnar relay again this year. It was a blast. We had van 2 this year so we got a lot less sleep, a lot harder runs, and probably double the laughs. As always I forgot to break out the camera till half way through the race. Shay getting ready to go run her night long run. I think it was like 10 miles and she didn't start her run till like 1:00 am. We had the worst running times ever. It made it that much more challenging. Notice our awesome van driver? WE have to run again?

Thursday, June 11, 2009. Happy 4Th Bday Ash! I just love this picture. Her little fat. Belly all pushed out in her tank top. I asked her what she wanted for her birthday, and this was her reply. Saturday, August 28, 2010. 1st day of school. This year, Michael and I got to the get the kids ready for their first day of school. Their Mom usually gets them but this year she had training at work. So Michael made them a really nice breakfast of pancakes and bacon. They picked out what new outfit they wanted to wear the night before. Abby is now in 6th Grade. Saturday, May 29, 2010. So part of my mid year goal is to love my body with all of its challenges. So far this year, I have willingly given up dairy. I am working on enjoying a piece of candy vs eating the whole candy bar and then wanting more later. I want to also start spending more time doing yoga and meditating.
